Shipping and Billing Address
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH FOR ALL
CREDIT CARD ORDERS! Credit Card orders are
accepted for USA ORDERS ONLY. To prevent

We will only ship orders to verifiable billing
addresses. This means that the physical address
listed on your order must match the billing
address for the credit card used. Failure to
comply will result in delays for your shipment,
and/or refusal to ship. We are protecting your

Returns and Exchanges
All products purchased are custom manufactured
at time of order (we do not pull them off the
shelves and ship them) and are not returnable or
exchangable. Please take special care to order
carefully and completely, and verify the order
given in the confirmation email issued at the
time of order placement. Hill Top Graphics will
replace or exchange only those products which
are deemed to be missing or defective by a
company representative. Hill Top Graphics
assures that all products are checked for flaws
before shipment. Customer must check package
contents upon arrival and notify the company of
any problems upon receipt of package.
Shipping Delays
Hill Top Graphics is in no way responsible for
any delays in shipping including Postal Service
delays or loss of items, local delivery errors,
or customer supplied incorrect address. We will
make every effort to rectify the situation where
feasible. If a product is returned to us due to
an incorrect address we will notify you by email
for an address correction and reship the
product.
